Rehact

Rehact has developed a unique system to provide a building with low tempered heating, cooling and ventilation. The system is able to reduce the building’s need for external energy with up to 85% by combining renewable energy sources like solar collectors and ground source heat pumps (GHP) with an inventive distribution system build around the patented Rehact ventilation unit, RVU. By increasing the efficiency of the energy distribution system within the building three distinct advantages can be achieved; an increased level of comfort, a significant savings in operating cost and an attractive installation cost giving a fast payback. The system is designed mainly for larger buildings in both cold and warm climates around the globe. Rehact is based in Sweden, but the sales effort have been focused on foreign markets.

In 2011 Rehact was voted one of the 25 top clean tech start-ups in the Nordic region. Rehact has also been elected top 12 environmental entrepreneurs by WWF, won several awards in the Nordic countries, Kuwait and USA and is included on the US Ambassador to Sweden’s list: “One Big Thing”.
