Ready, Steady - Go!
The Go Global program is an integral part of the Business Lab (BL) and Business Accelerator (BA) and is based on three steps: Ready, Steady and Go! carried out during the time you are in the BL and BA. The Go Global program will help you to work out a sharp internationalization plan. The program ends with that you can present your internationalization plan for a group of international investors and experts.
During the program we help you select appropriate markets, shape strategies and choose an appropriate method of expansion, all based upon the following central questions:
- What must you know about various geographic markets in order to successfully establish sales there?
- Which legal aspects must you consider before establishing sales in other countries?
- How will you finance your expansion?
- Evaluation of your company?s chances of success on the international arena occurs during a presentation of your internationalization plan in front of a panel. The panel will consist of highly qualified individuals from your industry and international venture capital companies.
