From Idea to Export Company
Always test your idea bright before getting down to business. Locate pilot customers in your vicinity; everything becomes so much easier and faster. It is hard to create a demand in other countries before they succeeded in their own communities. Attempts to develop a product that solves one or a few problems and not a "complete" product .
Be careful with your resources, both people and money. Put realistic goals in short-term projects - not 5-year plan. Spend money as if it were your own, and examine critically all costs. Keep in mind that there are revenues that are most important, not having the best looking product.
