HiNation the winner of
2010-10-22 Three hard venture capitalists. Six tagged contractors. A large expectant crowd. Handelskammarnästet, which was held yesterday was a success. First prize was scooped by Linda Krondahl, CEO of HiNation, who developed a lamp and a charger that is powered entirely by solar cells.The mood was high and the tension aswell, when "Handelskammarnästet" was held in cooperation with Kista Science City. The three venture capitalists Douglas Roos, Gunilla von Platen and Gabriel Urwitz constituted jury, when the six selected entrepreneurs got a chance to pitch their business ideas. The jury gave rice, rose and advice. The moderator was William Silberstein.
The winning company HiNation, who impressed the judges with a professional pitch and business acumen, was awarded, including a year's membership in the Chamber of Commerce and the advice of Douglas Roos.
