Joint venture event
Stockholm Innovation and Growth (STING), Stockholm Cleantech Business Network and Cleantech Scandinavia have joined forces to co-organise Stockholm Cleantech Venture Day 2009, which will be held in Stockholm, Kista Science City.

"Stockholm Cleantech Venture Day has established itself as the most important meeting place for entrepreneurs and investors in the field of cleantech. This year we have had the opportunity to make an extraordinary selection of promising companies from all over the Nordic region and throughout most fields of cleantech applications", says Magnus Rehn, Business Coach at Stockholm Innovation & Growth, STING.

"We are certain that the attention on Scandinavian cleantech companies this year is bigger than ever as Sweden holds the EU-presidency leading up to the climate conference in Copenhagen. Investors who are interested in this next mega-industry should definitely be a part of the event", says Aaron Kaplan, project manager for Stockholm Cleantech.

"The main purpose of Stockholm Cleantech Venture Day 2009 is to facilitate access to funding for innovative companies with solutions within clean technologies in the Nordic", says Magnus Agerström at Cleantech Scandinavia. "This years' 25 selected companies are the best Scandinavia has to offer".
